Q. How do I make an account?

Welcome. If you are new here, please click the Gift Box in the bottom right hand corner if you are on mobile or the loyalty points box on a computer, and click sign up. Enter your basic info, and your account will be set up for you automatically. If you have come over from our previous app, please check your email. Our administration team has sent out an email to bring your account over.

Q. I am having issues with my account, who can help me?

Please click here, fill out the form, and a member of our administration team will investigate your account issue and contact you via email. This form is monitored 6 days a week (department closed Sundays), and can fix your issue within 24 to 48 hours.

Q. How do I get points?

Ensure to login to your account and then navigate to the bourbons or search for a specific bourbon at the top. Find the bourbon you have purchased in store and then add it to your cart here. Once you have added all of the bourbons from your check to your cart here, inform your bartender and they will authenticate your points with a code.

Q. How are points measured?

A single point is given for each bourbon you try in our stores. This system will keep track of it automatically for you when you follow the above process.

Q. I am lost, do you have a video on this?

Q. Am I able to purchase physical items on this site?

We do not actually sell any merchandise here on this site. The purpose of the bourbon club site is to catalog our company-wide bourbons and to track our customers loyalty rewards. Please visit a store location to purchase physical products.

Q. Your previous app had an icon on my phone, does this one?

It does not natively have an icon for phone, however this can be done very easily. Please follow the appropriate guide below.
